5 Killer Ab Exercises to get Six Pack Abs instantly

It is very true that having abs not only makes you feel better for yourself, but also makes you look sexy and girls fall for it quite easily. But it is not at all easy to get abs as one has to work really hard to attain it. The exercises are very tough and the food should be totally protein and the body fat level should be very low. 1. Cable Crunch

Very effective at directing the core muscles, to do this exercise, kneel below a high pulley and clasp the cable by a rope attachment. While gripping the rope, bring hands down to the sides of one’s face. While being in a kneeling position, bend your torso at the hips in a forward leaning movement and simultaneously contract abs. Hold this position for a second and slowly return to the starting position.

2. Ab Wheel Rollout

This exercise drastically strengthens the core muscles. Taking the ab wheel, place it in front of you. While being on knees, clutch the handles of the ab wheel and reel straight forward to stretch the body without touching the floor. Be at the position for a second and then return to your starting position.

3. Hanging Knee Raises

Hang on the pull-up bar and raise the knees as much as it is possible. Hold your core after reaching the uppermost position and steadily lower it to the starting position.

4. Ab Crunches

Lie flat on a bench and bend your knees at 90-degree angle. Place your hands on either side of your head and now, do the exercise by rising your shoulders above the ground in a sluggish and steady manner.

5. Seated Barbell Twist

Place a bar behind your head and rotate your core to each side in a precise manner. This will put emphasis on put emphasis on the oblique muscles and tighten the core.
